• Verifying that all content you generate complies with local laws
• Any misuse or abuse of the service

• No content generation involving minors is permitted
• No exceptions will be made to this policy
• We reserve the right to verify your age at any time
• False age representation will result in immediate account termination

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• This includes but is not limited to:
  • Service dissatisfaction
  • Technical issues
  • Account termination
  • Service unavailability
  • Changes to service features
• Subscription cancellations will not result in refunds
• Unused credits or time will not be refunded

Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal consequences.

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We do not guarantee that any content generated will meet your requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Including breach of these terms

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
